Marcel Hartog joins as joint ECD

From 1 July, Marcel Hartog (48) will move from Publicis to J.Walter Thompson Amsterdam on Leidseplein, to form the creative leadership of the Think department together with Bas Korsten, as Executive Creative Director.

After starting his career in media planning and market research at VNU, Hartog chose for the creative industry, at Result DDB, PMSvW and N=5 respectively. For the past eight years, he was the ECD at Publicis where he created prizewinning campaigns for clients including the Dutch Army, Randstad, SIRE, vanAnaarBeter, Dutch Victim Support Fund, Bloemen.nl, PostNL, ALS Foundation, Renault and Mauritshuis.
